How soon after a person is taken into custody can I bond them out?

When a person is taken into custody they must appear at a bond hearing where their bond amount will be set. This is usually done within 2-5 days after they are processed into custody.

What personal information about the person being detained do I need to know?

How do I find out if and where a person is being detained, or if they have a bond?
